A SHARED
SERVICES
ALLIANCE

CERCLE leverages state, local, and philanthropic resources to support more than 38 ECE businesses in the Greater New Haven and Fairfield counties. Our programs and services lower operational costs and provide needed resources to Black and Latino ECE businesses.  This allows programs to provide high-quality learning environments that are accessible to families in the communities they serve.

As a CERCLE member, early care programs are provided with year-round professional development opportunities aimed at building program quality and long-term financial sustainability.
