Care Access Real Estate (CARE) is an innovative real estate investment approach focused entirely on expanding and stabilizing the supply of child care facilities. CARE acquires, develops, and improves child care properties and leases them to providers through long-term, sustainable agreements.

CT Market Entry Study

Through this partnership, CERCLE and MDF are
launching a market entry study, which examines
opportunities to strengthen Connecticut's child
care ecosystem through strategic real estate
investment and public-private partnership.

 

By analyzing Connecticut’s unique child care
landscape, provider needs, regulatory
environment, and real estate market, the study
seeks to identify opportunities to expand child
care capacity, stabilize providers, support small
business growth, and increase access to quality
care for working families.
